MK, Rama, Jesus and Allah

I fail to understand one aspect. If Karunanidhi does not believe in Rama and Ramayana, why does he have to be vocal about it and make statements that hurt the sentiments of Hindus. Will Karunanidhi ever comment about the existence of Gods of other religions. He will never do that for the cause of vote bank. Hindus and more so Brahmins, believe in taking everything lying down, and will never make an issue of it. And if one BJP does create a hue and cry, then they are termed communal and violent. Damn this politics and politicians.

PS: It seems the editorial of the latest issue of Cho-edited Tughlag seems to have ripped apart this ridiculous stance of Karunanidhi.
